In order to ensure the safe use of the equipment and maximize its performance, we provide training services to customers, and Rising crane’s professional technicians will train the customer’s operators. The training content includes equipment start-up and shutdown procedures, emergency procedures execution methods, detailed instructions for various configurations, etc.

We can customize the generator to meet the different voltage requirements around the world, whether the voltage in your country is 100V~130V or 220~240V. Alternatively, generators are available.
