For the product technical services and after-sales services of the equipment we offer, we make the following solemn commitments:

Service for Equipment

  1. Our company possesses a highly skilled technical team, including top-notch engineers. Once your side accepts our offer, we will offer complimentary technical support and comprehensive technical services without hesitation.
  2. Our company provides free training on how to utilize the products for users and furnishes them with technical materials related to the usage, maintenance, and upkeep of the products.
  3. Fully fulfill the product responsibilities clearly stipulated in the product technical specification terms of the contract and completely meet the demands of the customers.
  4. In accordance with your requirements, we are capable of taking charge of the entire process of installation, commissioning, and operation of the contracted equipment and will dispatch engineering technicians to the site to guide the operations.
  5. The warranty period is 18 months. During this period, for any product quality issues resulting from our manufacturing, we will be obligated to repair at no cost; and also offer life-long follow-up services.
  6. In case of equipment damage caused by reasons other than our responsibility, we will prioritize the provision of spare parts and maintenance plans.
  7. We will preferentially offer the obligation to supply spare parts of the equipment for a long time.
  8. In the event of quality problems with the equipment, we will respond within 4 hours and send after-sales service personnel to the site within 12 hours to provide a timely solution.

Our company has established a dedicated pre-sales and after-sales service team and an after-sales information network. The after-sales service personnel are composed of experienced mechanical and electrical engineering technicians. They can promptly handle matters upon receiving the quality information fed back by users. Serve users during the warranty period and provide preferential services beyond the warranty period.
