Characteristics of bridge erecting machine’s hole-passing operation:
- Still adopt the operation mode of cantilever hole-passing, with the middle car running on four rails and the rail gauge being 2.7m;
- Before hole-passing, the front support leg, middle support leg and rear support leg should be in the middle position (transverse middle position); install a hook between the lower crossbeam of the front support leg and the transverse beam; pull out the large steel pin on the middle of the transverse beam of the middle support leg and keep the small steel pin below the middle; the front and rear truss cars retreat to the hole-passing position, and after inspection, conduct hole-passing;
- After the hole-passing is in place, adjust the parallelism of the transverse rails of the middle and rear cars, and control the distance error between the two ends of the transverse rails of the middle and rear cars within 1cm;
- Jack up the lifting hydraulic cylinder of the front support leg, install the steel pin of the front support leg, install wedge-shaped spacers between the pier blocks at the two ends of the transverse beam of the front support leg and the pier, and support the front support leg well;
- Jack up the support hydraulic cylinder of the middle car, install the large steel pin on the middle of the transverse beam; install the support block at the specified position between the platform frame and the rail, retract the hydraulic cylinder, at this time the transverse slideway is in a horizontal state, and the height difference at the two ends of the slideway should be controlled within 1cm; under the anti-tipping support pier at the end of the transverse beam of the middle car, install sleepers or square timbers, but a gap of 2-3cm must be left;
- Dismantle the rear rail of the middle car and move it to the middle to provide space for the girder transport vehicle to transport girders.
