1. Ordering Instructions:
As most of the explosion-proof cranes are non-standard products, the following contents need to be understood in advance before ordering:
- Before ordering, the main parameters of the explosion-proof crane should be determined: lifting weight, span, lifting height, working system, rail model, distance from the bearing rail beam to the lowest point of the roof, and the type and opening direction of the cab.
- When used in the open air, rainproof facilities are required.
- The products marked on the website are standard parts and are for reference only. The specific ones are determined by the parameters provided by the customers, and can be completely customized according to the customers’ needs.

Explosion Proof Instructions
I. Scope of application for explosion-proof:
The explosion-proof single-girder crane is suitable for use in flammable and explosive media, and is not suitable for working in places with high humidity and acid and alkali gases, nor is it suitable for the work of lifting molten metals, poisons and inflammables.
II. Explosion-proof level:
The explosion-proof single-girder crane is applicable to the explosive gas environment formed by combustible gases, vapors and air in the factory with an explosion-proof level not higher than Class B or Class C, and the ignition temperature group is not lower than Group T4 (135°C). The applicable dangerous areas are Zone 1 or Zone 2, and it is not applicable to Zone 0.
Note: Zone 0: Places where explosive gas mixtures appear continuously and frequently for a short time or exist for a long time under normal circumstances.
Zone 1: Places where explosive gas mixtures may appear under normal circumstances.
Zone 2: Under normal circumstances, explosive gas mixtures cannot appear, and only in abnormal circumstances, such as when equipment failure or misoperation may occur, it may appear occasionally for a short time.

FAQ
Explosion-proof crane explosion-proof class and standards are usually determined according to the use of the environment and the characteristics of explosive substances. The following are some common explosion-proof overhead crane explosion-proof class and standard:
Class I: Coal mine underground electrical equipment;
Class II: all other electrical equipment for explosive gas environments other than coal mines and underground, which can be divided into IIA, IIB and IIC, and the equipment labeled IIB can be applied to the conditions of use of IIA equipment, and IIC can be applied to the conditions of use of IIA and IIB;
Class III: Electrical equipment for explosive dust environments other than coal mines, which can be divided into Class IIIA combustible flotsam, Class IIIB non-conductive dust and Class IIIC conductive dust.
Explosion-proof cranes have strong adaptability to the working environment, mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1, the presence of flammable gases, vapors or dust in the environment, can effectively ensure safe operation.
2, to adapt to different temperature ranges of the working environment, whether high or low temperature environment.
3, in environments with high humidity, preventing malfunction or damage due to humidity.
4, in a strong vibration, shock environment, can still run stably without large deviation or failure.
5, explosion-proof cranes can be customized and adjusted according to the requirements of the working environment to better adapt to the unique environmental conditions of different industries and special places.
The following are some of the main requirements for the maintenance and upkeep of explosion-proof cranes:
Regular inspection:
Check the electrical system to ensure that the lines are intact and the explosion-proof parts are not damaged or loose.
Check the mechanical structure, such as wire rope, hook, pulley, etc. for wear and deformation.
Cleaning:
Keep the crane clean as a whole to prevent dust and debris from accumulating to affect performance or cause failure.
Lubrication Maintenance:
Regularly lubricate the key rotating parts and transmission mechanism to ensure good running performance.
Explosion-proof performance testing:
Regularly test the explosion-proof function, such as sealing performance, explosion-proof surface and so on.
Test and calibration of explosion-proof electrical components.
Structure inspection:
Check the metal structure for cracks, rust and corrosion.
Function test:
Carry out lifting function tests to ensure that the lifting, running and other actions are accurate and reliable.
Safety device maintenance:
Ensure that safety devices such as limiters and overload limiters are normal and effective.
Wear parts replacement:
In accordance with the provisions of the timely replacement of parts subject to severe wear and tear.
Records and files:
Make maintenance records and establish detailed equipment files.
Professional operation:
Maintenance work is carried out by trained professionals.
Environmental maintenance:
Maintain the suitability of the crane’s working environment to avoid damage caused by the extreme environment.
