The ring crane of the hoisting unit has the available condition

At 14:16 on March 3, the 480t device trolley dynamic load test of the ring crane of Unit 1 of the San’ao Nuclear Power Project undertaken by the Crane Branch passed, indicating that all the main commissioning tests of the ring crane of Unit 1 of the San’ao Nuclear Power Project have been completed, and the ring crane has the available condition with good safety and quality status, fulfilling the goal of making the ring crane available 4 months after the dome hoisting, creating the shortest installation and commissioning period of the “Hualong One” unit in China General Nuclear Power.

The ring crane undertakes the lifting operation of various large-scale equipment in the reactor building and is the foundation of the large-scale equipment installation project in the nuclear island. In response to the customer’s construction period requirements, the Crane Branch dispatched experienced after-sales service personnel and technical personnel to the site. During the nearly 4-month ring crane installation and commissioning process, they closely cooperated with the on-site maintenance team and supervision team, fully utilized the on-site resources to discover and handle various problems in the commissioning process, improving the safety and reliability of the ring crane equipment and ensuring the overall progress of the site.

The journey continues, and the struggle goes on. The Crane Branch actively participates in the construction of nuclear power projects. The successful completion of this ring crane load test once again shows the strong R & D and manufacturing strength of the branch in nuclear power hoisting equipment.
